Order calendar
Integral plan
See your deliveries by month, week or day, colour-coded by status, filter by customer and open any order with one click.
What it is for
The order calendar shows you at a glance which deliveries you have each day and at what time. It's the quick way to answer “can I fit in another order on Saturday?”, to prepare tomorrow's deliveries or to see a week of weddings and communions without going through lists.
It is used by the manager, whoever organises deliveries and the salespeople who deal with customers. There's nothing to set up: it shows the sales orders you already have.
Before you start
- It's part of the Integral plan, for the administrator, manager and salesperson roles.
- Put a delivery date on your orders and, better still, a time. Without a date, an order doesn't appear.
Use the calendar
Go to Sales › Order calendar. It opens on the current week.

- 2Colour key: red pending, amber in production, blue prepared and green delivered.
- 3Each order is shown as customer · order number. Clicking it opens it in another tab.

Day for tomorrow's deliveries, Week for planning and Month to see how many events are coming up. Move around with the calendar arrows.
Filter
With Customer you see only one customer's deliveries; with Status, for example, only what is still pending.
Open the order
Click an order to open it in a new tab. From there you can edit it, deliver it or change its date and time.
What each colour means
| Colour | Order status |
|---|---|
| Red | Pending: nobody has started producing it. |
| Amber | In production: it has a production order under way. |
| Blue | Prepared: production is finished, it still needs delivering. |
| Green | Delivered: it already has its dispatch. |
Tips
- A red order less than a day before delivery is an alarm: open it and send it to production from Orders by product. See Production planning.
- Put a time on event orders: the calendar will sort them and the delivery round plans itself.
- This calendar is the order calendar. The production calendar (production orders and tasks) is under Production.
