Listing board: jobs, business transfers and services

Publish job offers, business transfers or services on the public board, manage your listings and reply to messages.
What it is for
The listing board is a space for the hospitality and bakery trade: job offers, business transfers and sales of businesses and equipment, and professional services. It has a public part, which anyone can browse without an account, and a private part inside Recipok, where you manage your listings and your conversations.
It is used by the owner or whoever is in charge of hiring staff or selling the business. It is available on all plans.
Where to find it
In your account menu, at the top right:
- Listing Board: the public board, with all listings, which you can filter by category and province. From there you can save the ones you're interested in and see them later in Saved listings.
- My listings: your listings, with their status, views and dates.
- Board messages: conversations with people who have replied to your listings and with the companies whose listings you have answered.
Publish a listing
In My listings click Create listing. On the right you'll see a preview: “This is how it will look on the public board”.
What you're offering
Choose the Category (Job, Business transfer or Professional services), write the Title (80 characters maximum) and the Description. If you like, add a Salary / indicative price with a note (“gross/month”, “negotiable”).
Where
Enter the Country and Province, or Whole country to appear in searches for every province. Choose the Listing language: the board is available in 7 languages, but your title and description are published exactly as you write them.
How you want to be contacted
Tick Receive messages through Recipok and, if you like, a Contact email, a Phone or a WhatsApp number. You need at least one way of being contacted. Whatever you enter here can be seen by anyone who clicks “Show contact details”.
Images and publishing
Add up to 6 images. Leave Publish this listing ticked so it goes live now; if you untick it, it is saved as a draft. Click Save.

- 1Status: Published, Under review or Blocked.
- 2Expires: after 30 days. Renew it before then or reactivate it afterwards.
Manage your listings
- Edit a listing to change the text or unpublish it. Every change goes through the automatic check again.
- Renew listing before it expires; Reactivate listing if it has already expired.
- Feature this listing: with an active paid plan, one per category; it appears at the top of the board.
- Deleting a listing removes it for good and it stops showing on the public board.
Board messages
If you switched on messages through Recipok, whoever replies to your listing writes to you from their account and the conversation appears in Board messages, marked “About your listing”. Conversations you start with other companies appear as “Another company’s listing”.
In a job offer, be specific: working hours, indicative salary and location.
