These terms govern the use of Recipok. By using the platform you accept them.
Provider
The service is operated by Misterweb S.L. (see the Legal notice). We may update these terms without prior notice: the version in force is always the one published on the site.
Who it is for and minimum age
Recipok is aimed at professionals and businesses. To use it you must be at least 16 years old.
Your account
You must provide truthful information and you are responsible for keeping your account confidential. We may delete accounts if we suspect that the information provided is not truthful.
Data and confidentiality
We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. Recipok technical staff may access it to provide the service. More details in the Privacy policy.
Payments
The service is charged in advance and on a recurring basis, with automatic renewal until the account is deleted. There are no refunds or credits for partial months.
Taxes
Prices are in euros and exclude taxes. If the buyer is a business in the EU with a valid VAT number registered in VIES, the invoice is issued without VAT and the tax is accounted for by the buyer in their own country (reverse charge). Otherwise the VAT in force applies. Any other taxes that apply in the customer's country are the customer's responsibility.
Plans and fees
Plans depend on the volume of documents. If you exceed the limits of your plan, you must move to a higher one. We may change the fees; monthly fees change with 15 days' notice.
Non-payment
If an invoice is not paid, you lose access to the service and the data is deleted 30 days after the missed payment.
Changes to the service
We may modify or suspend the service at any time.
Operator's responsibility
Recipok is a support tool. Responsibility for the self-check plan and for complying with food regulations stays with the operator and their advisor.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
