Recipe: Bizcocho de avellanas

Indications

Montar claras y azúcar. Añadir los sólidos tamizados poco a poco y finalmente verter la mantequilla avellana templada para no bajar la mezcla.

Cocer a 180 ºC durante el tiempo oportuno según donde se cueza.
