Recipe: Helado de aguacate

Indications

INSTRUCCIONES

1. Mezclar el procrema, el azúcar y la dextrosa en un barreño.

2. Pelar, deshuesar y triturar la carne del aguacate y el agua con una turmiz.

3. Homogeneizar los preparados anteriores y dejar reposar en cámara 1 ó 2 horas.

4. Mantecar en la máquina heladora.
