Mezclar mazapán y azúcar en el bol de la batidora.

Añadir los huevos y las yemas a intervalos. Montar.

Incorporar la harina tamizada y terminar añadiendo la mantequilla blanda.

Llenar en moldes y cocer en horno de aire a 160ºC. El tiempo dependerá del tamaño de los moldes utilizados.
